Why Bower Power Fitness?

For the past 17 years, I have traveled around the world to train and compete with the world's top gymnasts, coaches, and trainers. I have attended dozens of National and Olympic training camps, gathering information on strength, mobility, and joint preparation/rehabilitation. During this time, I have incorporated what I learned into my own personal training to create an optimized workout regimen that propelled me to earn my spot on the 2021 Olympic Gymnastics Team. 

 

Now, I want to share what I have learned with You. I want to help You achieve Your goals through my Step-By-Step Programs and Follow Along Workouts. I will provide You with the knowledge, technique, and cues to master the exercises, increase strength and mobility, rejuvenate your muscles and joints, and build functional fitness. "Would you rather have one million dollars today or a penny that doubles every day for a month?"​

Many people would pick the one million dollars straight away, however, if they had chosen the second option, they would end up with over five million dollars at the end of the month. I have found this to be similar to many peoples' mindsets when training. They think intensity is more important than consistency and over time they lose motivation because they are not seeing the quick results they desire. Many times this sporadic training also leads to unnecessary injury. My philosophy is that smart and consistent training beats intense inconsistent training every time. Workouts do not need to take hours or cause extreme soreness to see the results you are looking for. Just like the penny, consistency compounds and will lead to tremendous results over time.
